In 3 weeks, I will increase my curl-ups from 14 to 20 or more by completing at least 2 sets of 17, 5 days a week, so I can increase my abdominal strength. |
Push-Ups SMART Goal
In 3 weeks, I will increase my push-ups from 24 to 30 or more by completing at least 3 sets of 11, 3 days a week, so I can increase my muscular strength. |
Step-Ups SMART Goal

In 3 weeks, I will increase my curl-ups from 11 to 15 or more by completing at least 3 sets of 5 for 5 days a week, so I can increase my abdominal strength. |
Push-Ups SMART Goal
In 3 weeks, I will increase my push-ups from 13 to 20 or more by completing at least 2 sets of 10 3 days a week, so I can increase my muscular strength. |
Step-Ups SMART Goal
In 3 weeks, I will increase my step-ups from 94 to 100 or more by completing at least 50 step-ups or more in a 1-minute time period 3 days a week, so i can increase my cardiovascular strength. |
