On October 2, I completed 102 Step-Ups with a heart rate of __bpm, 13 Curl-Ups, and 24 Push-Ups. Prior to that on September 10, I performed 94 Step-Ups with a heart rate of __bpm, 11 Curl-Ups, and 24 Push-Ups.
I improved on 2 out of 3 of my Fitness Tests. I believe I could've improved on my Push-Up test if I would've pushed myself harder. I improved on my Curl-Ups and Step-Ups, because I motivated myself.
I honestly did the best I could to improve on the fitness tests, because I worked harder to fully complete the warm-ups, and I self motivated myself. To improve on my fitness tests, I can work on my Step-Ups, Curl-Ups, and Push-Ups at home more. I could also download an app to help me improve.
